How long does it take to get back to the inbox?

Typically, it takes two weeks on a new domain. Regarding older domains, the process can take up to thirty days. After the initial repair/warmup, there is no downtime.

What service/platform does this work with?

Inbox Ignite works with all services/platforms. Whether you are sending from G-Suite, Outlook365, SendGrid, Klaviyo, MailChimp... Inbox Ignite will increase your inbox deliverability.

So my emails will never go to spam ever again?

We do everything we can to fix your IP and domain reputation. Your server/sending platform will inbox as long as you aren't outright spamming. As long as you are maintaining good sending practices, you'll stay in the inbox.
